Mongodb Memory usage

      Hi ,

      My DB Details
       
      MongoDB server version: 4.0.4
      Index_size in Mb:262.01953125
      Index_count in Mb:16513
      Storeage_size in Mb:1053.4921875
      Collection count:13436
      Total DBs:262
       
      Server Spec:
      4 CPU 16GB RAM
       
        
      MongoDB Ram utilization is keep on increasing and take all my ram  and it make Load average very high(sometimes above 250).

      We need to restart mongod inorder to recover from there and within 4 days it takes all my ram.
