      mongodb/mongo-php-driver#953 for PHPC-1329 included custom edits for php_array.h. These changes were contributed upstream in sgolemon/php-array-api#3 but have yet to be merged (sgolemon needs some time to review). Once that PR is merged, we should ensure PHPC's copy of php_array.h is in sync.
