Deprecate using ReadPreference integer constants

      PHPC-1021 will remove the integer constants for read preferences in 2.0. Before we can remove them, they should be deprecated to allow users an easier upgrade.

      • Throw a deprecation notice (E_DEPRECATED) when using an integer value in ReadPreference::__construct
      • Deprecate ReadPreference::getMode as it returns integer constants
