Ensure CRYPT_SHARED_LIB_PATH is exported for Evergreen tests

      PHPC-2099 supposedly added crypt_shared testing to the Evergreen CI matrix by way of a CRYPT_SHARED_LIB_PATH; however, it failed to properly export that so it could be read as via getenv() in the PHPC test suite. As a result, crypt_shared is not properly being tested (see: task log).

      Note: there is no related issue for PHPLIB as it has always exported the variable (see: mongodb/mongo-php-library@265810a for PHPLIB-891).
