Some users have reported the following error when building and loading the extension on Ubuntu 22.04:

<process>: symbol lookup error: /usr/lib/php/20210902/mongodb.so: undefined symbol: ns_initparse

I expect this may be caused by CheckResolv.m4 failing to detect that -lresolv is necessary on that platform.
