      v2 of the drivers-github-tools changes the way credentials are fetched. Instead of requiring garasign and artifactory credentials to be configured in the repository, it uses AWS secrets manager to fetch those credentials (and any others that may be needed).

      This update may require us using the corresponding GitHub app in order to create a token that accesses AWS.
