      Evergreen static hosts (IBM ZSeries, IBM PowerPC, MacOS) are being migrated to run in secure data centres. We need to migrate the following distros:

      • rhel81-power8 -> rhel8-power9 (depends on DEVPROD-3538)
      • rhel83-zseries -> rhel8-zseries (depends on DEVPROD-8384)

      Additionally, we could use this opportunity to migrate to rhel9-power9 (depends on DEVPROD-3539) and rhel9-zseries (already available). This will require setting up the toolchain on these hosts.
