      mongodb/mongo-c-driver@0e771ca for CDRIVER-5511 introduced a MONGOC_CYRUS_PLUGIN_PATH_PREFIX constant in mongoc-cyrus.c, which was never added to config.w32.

      Marking affected version as 1.18.1 since that was the release that bumped to libmongoc 1.26.2.
