Windows x86 builds for PHP 8.4 and PHP 8.5 fail because the compiler runs out of heap space. We've previously fixed this by using the 64-bit toolset, but this no longer works with php-windows-builder. Since 32-bit is pretty much dead at this point, we will remove x86 builds from CI and the release process. This doesn't mean that we'll stop supporting x86 platforms entirely, we merely no longer provide precompiled binaries for the extension for Windows x86 platforms.
