2.5.2 was published as a security release (using freshly released mongo-c-driver 2.5.2)

1.21.9 was also published, great thabks for v1 users (using freshly released mongo-c-driver 1.30.9)

But 2.5.x uses mongo-c-driver v2, 2.1.x is the last version in 2.x using mongoc-driver 1.x

So can you please consider a 2.1.9 security release.

Context:

In EPEL (for 8 and 9), we still provide

• libmongocrypt 1.15.x
• mongo-c-driver 1.30.x
• php-pecl-mongodb 1.20.x
• php-pecl-mongodb2 2.1.8 (cannot be updated because of dependencies)
