      We don't have any tests that test multiple requests.
      This means we don't actually have any tests to verify our persistent connections for example.

      We also don't have any tests for verifying the SDAM monitoring, if the ismaster calls are actually triggered.
      And what happens when the monitoring kicks in before a getmore?
