      Even though the goal of phongo was to only include features/functionality that could be done on PHP 5/PHP 7/HHVM there are certain differences we cannot escape.

      These differences need to be documented.

      This epic links in all implementation tickets that have been closed off "inconsistently" between phongo and hippo.

      Tickets to fix/document should be created under this epic.
