Windows reports wrong mongoc and libbson versions

      In the 1.0.0 release archive, phpinfo() returns:

      libmongoc version 	1.1.2
libbson version 	1.1.3

      Something seems wrong with the mongoc/libbson config generation there. The sources definitely are 1.2.x
