Manager::__construct() supports a "hosts" array of strings in its additional options, which appears to be an alternative way to add additional hosts into a URI beyond the comma-delimited list. There is no reference to this option in the connection string documentation (or our own docs on PHP.net), and it appears to have been a PHPC invention. This should be removed from PHPC, which will allow libmongoc to keep this symbol private.
