Travis + Coveralls

      I added Travis and Coveralls support last sprint.. But broke it somehow.

      Need to verify coveralls doesn't include random external files in its report (like system headers or libmongoc/libbson mixups).

      Travis builds are also a little shaddy. Need to find a better solution to install up2date libmongoc and libbson
