      This BSON corpus test should be skipped, per discussion in CDRIVER-1879:

      We skip that test in the C Driver's BSON Corpus tests, I propose you skip it in the PHP Driver's tests too. We're not implementing bson_append_code_w_scope_and_length in the C Driver, it'll add mess to the public API in order to make Code objects that the server can't execute correctly.
