      The Extended JSON spec suggests using "extended" in the names when referring to JSON formats (see: Format and Method Names. CDRIVER-2239 renamed the libbson functions to add "extended" to the function name and we should do the same for the toCanonicalJSON() and toRelaxedJSON() functions introduced in PHPC-941.
