Laravel Boost has an update command that's meant to fetch and compile the latest guidelines. Unlike boost:install, it ignores third-party guidelines included in vendor/ packages. This means that Boost needs to be reinstalled completely if any third-party packages add guidelines, which most users probably won't do.
What I would expect:
- Check if third-party package guideline is already compiled for the project and out of date
- If not compiled yet, but present, prompt the user like boost:install does. Something like "New third-party guidelines were discovered." and then present the same menu the install command does.
