For drivers it does not support natively, Filament routes every text search through Laravel's whereLike() (filamentphp/filament#20442), always with $caseSensitive = false, and expects % and _ as wildcards plus the $boolean and $not arguments to be honoured:

We already inherit whereLike and compile like to a case-insensitive regex (PHPORM-232). Add a test that pins the exact Filament call shape (wildcards, escaped % and _, or boolean, negation, case-insensitivity) and fix anything that does not hold. Expected to be test-only.
