Support "number" alias for $$type spec test operators

      I recently discovered that PHPLIB never implemented support for the "number" alias in its implementation of the $$type operator for unified spec tests. DRIVERS-2467 will eventually add regression tests, but we can address this oversight in the IsBsonType constraint today.
