      Summary

      PHP 8.2 will be released on December 8. We should ensure that our driver works properly on PHP 8.2.

      Who is the affected end user?

      All users wanting to upgrade to the newest PHP version.

      How does this affect the end user?

      Users can install the driver on PHP 8.2, but our CI systems don't always test PHP 8.2. Github Actions has been added, but Windows builds are affected (which will also affect publishing DLL builds for Windows).
