Already 62% of installs use PHP 8.1+ (source: packagist). This is a new feature that  benefit union types and named arguments. 

All the code located in src/Builder will require PHP 8.1+

Required changes:

• phpunit configuration
• phpcs configuration
• psalm configuration
• rector configuration
• Warn users trying to use this feature with older PHP versions.
