Add global typemap configuration

      Right now, the default typemap is to return a stdClass object for documents. You can only set a typemap for each specific query/iterations. We should add a driver specific connection option to allow for a typemap that is the default typemap to be applied for all deserialisations paths from BSON to PHP variables.
