Remove the Collection::mapReduce helper

      Collection::mapReduce() was deprecated in PHPLIB 1.12 (PHPLIB-697). There were previously other deprecations to the command's options (PHPLIB-477, PHPLIB-480).

      Consider removing the command entirely in 2.0 and directing users to the generic runCommand() helper.
