Find options should be translated to canonical Query options

      Regardless of whether the extension will convert Query's "partial" option to "allowPartialResults", the Find operation should use the canonical option according to the extension version. The library currently converts Find's "allowPartialResults" option to the Query "partial" option.

      This also applies "comment" and "maxTimeMS", which no longer need to be converted to modifiers in extension 1.2.0.
