      • Went in progress ~May 1.
      • Really aiming for May 31.

      2019-06-10: Updated target of 2019-06-24 (8 weeks)

      • Jeremy jumped on $merge SPEC ticket.
      • Txn + Command Monitoring test runners were more different and took more effort than expected.
      • Also, adding tests is finding bugs. Yay!
