      The build for PHP 7.4 is currently allowed to fail, and does so (see https://travis-ci.org/mongodb/mongo-php-library/jobs/569181596). With PHP 7.4 Beta 2 being released, we should stabilise the build on PHP 7.4 to ensure compatibility once it is released.
