Ensure each API method has at least one example

Opening this as a tracking ticket to ensure each API method in the documentation has at least one code example. For instance, Collection::find() has examples but aggregate() does not. Although there is an aggregate() example in the Collation tutorial, we should still have an example on the API pages directly.
