This came up in mongodb/mongo-c-driver#798. Since PHPLIB's operations are likely to ignore unsupported options, the test runner would do well to raise an error for unsupported keys are present. We do this in some places elsewhere when parsing test files (e.g. parsing entity definitions), but I don't believe it's done for operation arguments.
