      DRIVERS-1343:
      Drivers that use a statically typed object for ChangeStreamEventDocument should update it to include the "to" field and sync change stream tests to 372747fca128f449abbbb01b200dc9a2cabf522d.

      The corresponding change stream tests also introduce a rename operation for collection objects. Test runners should add support for the collection rename operation to avoid possible "unsupported operation" errors (see: Executing an Operation) when running these tests.
