      DRIVERS-1096:
      Existing APM (command monitoring) spec tests have been converted to the unified test format and legacy tests have been removed. Drivers should sync tests to c51e7373aab211ed673061bd6fdb542f655e413d.

      Update: a follow-on commit was added in bf372a162c304b3f57dccbda00346241ad0cbf17. If you've already completed this work and tests are passing, there is no need to update to this commit. But if tests are failing due to problems with showRecordId/returnKey, this may be of use.
