      FlySystem is a popular file storage abstraction for PHP. It provides various adapters including S3 and Google Cloud Storage.

      The existing GridFS adapter is outdated as it uses flysystem 1.x and the legacy ext-mongo. The adapter needs to be upgraded to flysystem 3.x and PHPLIB.
