Evergreen - Run doctests

      Run the doctests in Evergreen. For full coverage they should be run against a replica set, using the command:

      python setup.py doc -t

      The Evergreen toolchain already has Sphinx installed for both CPython 2.7 and 3.4. We should run doctests under both.
