Test Python 2.7 from Red Hat Software Collections on RHEL 6.2

      When we dropped support for Python 2.6 we removed testing on RHEL 6.2 because the default system Python is 2.6. We should ensure that pymongo works with Python 2.7 from Red Hat Software Collections (scl) on RHEL 6.2.
