Fix test failures caused by removal of `getPrevError`

      Now that SERVER-33226 has been merged, `getPrevError` errors out on the server resulting in failures on the Evergreen variants running the 'latest' server version. For example, see this patch.

      We should modify the unittest to be skipped on server versions after 4.1.

      Edit: The server is not going to backport this change to 4.0 so we only need to skip on 4.1+.
