Missing conversion expression in pymongo 3.7

      Python 3.7, pymongo 3.7.2

      Hi! I've found that pymongo 3.7.2 doesn't recognize "$toInt", "$convert" and so on.

      Since pymongo 3.7.2 should be able to support mongodb 4.0 features,  this could be an potential api bug.

      p.s: This is my first time reporting bugs to mongodb, if there are anything I could've done better, please let me know.
