Test on a distro which supports Python 3.7 in Evergreen

      We currently test on the RHEL 6.2 x86_64 variant on Evergreen. RHEL 6.2 ships with OpenSSL 1.0.1 which means we cannot build Python 3.7.x on it as that requires OpenSSL 1.0.2 or greater. We should start testing on a different distro that has Python 3.7 to future-proof our CI-workflow.
