Enterprise auth tests in Evergreen should log unittest output

      We should use the same ideas from PYTHON-1955 to enable unittest output in the Enterprise auth tests without exposing sensitive information. Right now we disable all output such that when a test fails we don't know why, for example:

 [2019/09/09 16:25:58.715] Command failed: command encountered problem: exit status 1
 [2019/09/09 16:25:58.715] Task completed - FAILURE.
