Migrate macos-1012 Evergreen builds to macos-1014

      Per a recent email from the build team, macos-1014 environments have recently been upgraded for improved performance, but macos-1012 can no longer be updated. We've been asked to migrate over to macos-1014 as soon as possible.

      Note that macos-1014 comes with XCode versions 10 and 11. The macos-1012 distro supports the older versions 7, 8, and 9 of XCode.
