      PyMongo relies on the tests in https://github.com/ajdavis/pymongo-mockup-tests for certain kinds of wire protocol tests. Let's move that repo from my personal account to a MongoDB GitHub organization.

      The library it uses, MockupDB, is also in my personal account but I think that's fine, since pymongo-mockup-tests depends on MockupDB via a PyPI dependency.
