Bump maxWireVersion in SDAM monitoring tests

    Description

      Several of the SDAM monitoring tests include "maxWireVersion": 4 in their hello responses. This will cause test failures once drivers bump their minWireVersion to 6 when implementing DRIVERS-1315. These tests should be updated to use a larger maxWireVersion.
