      Python 3.10 won't build on our Amazon1 distro. The OpenSSL version is too old. Ubutnu 18 ships a new enough OpenSSL version, supports MongoDB 3.6+ and we are already building mod_wsgi there. It should be straightforward to migrate all Linux testing.
