[v3.12] Fix virtualenv creation for testing Python 3.4

      Virtualenv creation in AWS auth tests currently fails because the version of virtualenv used to create the environment doesn't support Python 3.4. The fix is trivial, use createvirtualenv from utils.sh instead.
