This requires adding a mod_wsgi version newer than 4.7.1, which will require some changes in the toolchain. 4.8.0+ appear to only support Apache 2.4, so won't build on Linux distros like RHEL 6 and Amazon1, which ship Apache 2.2. Amazon1 is the only distro we build the toolchain for that still ships Apache 2.2.
