pymongocrypt release.sh script does not work with new libmongocrypt release URLs.

The old URL scheme was like this:
https://s3.amazonaws.com/mciuploads/libmongocrypt/macos/master/c3be59f9b0d756caa4c22c254e0704084cf6bca4/libmongocrypt.tar.gz

The new URL scheme is like this:
https://mciuploads.s3.amazonaws.com/libmongocrypt-release/macos/r1.5/c3be59f9b0d756caa4c22c254e0704084cf6bca4/libmongocrypt.tar.gz
