readthedocs sidebar is incompatible with sphinx 5

      When using sphinx 4.2.0 the sidebar is rendered correctly. With sphinx 5, the sidebar is mangled:

      https://mongo-arrow.readthedocs.io/en/stable/

      PyMongo docs still render correctly because we pin to 4.2.0:

      https://pymongo.readthedocs.io/en/latest/
