In PYTHON-2545 we added an override of the TLS_OPTIONS in test/_init_.py to ignore the CLIENT_PEM and CA_PEM options. This change likely relied on the presence of system certificates, but for downstream consumers of our code base it is problematic. We should get our test passing without that override.
