Document that server version 3.6 is EOL and will be dropped in the next release

      DRIVERS-2511:
      Summary of necessary driver changes

      • Mark server version 3.6 as EOL from drivers perspective. This means
        • Minimum supported server version will be 4.0
        • minWireVersion will be bumped to 7
      • Remove any test infrastructure around the server version 3.6
      • Cleanup/refactor any code that isn't needed anymore (code needed to support server version 3.6)
      • Update SDAM unit tests to 959a5de

      Version compatibility changes will be communicated at least one minor version (Y) before compatibility with a version is removed. The forthcoming compatibility change MUST be documented in the changelog, preferably in bold or highlighted text.

      Driver support for MongoDB 3.6 reached end of life in April 2024. PyMongo 4.9 will be the last release to support MongoDB 3.6. PyMongo 4.10 will drop support for MongoDB 3.6 entirely.
