      Context

      The sdist file is misnamed because we are using the system python to produce it.
      Based on https://github.com/pypa/setuptools/issues/4195#issuecomment-1913603851, it should work if we use "packages = []" in the metadata to exclude the folder.

      Definition of done

      Dist files are properly named and have the desired contents.
