      Context

      There is a denial of service CVE for dnspython. https://dnspython.readthedocs.io/en/stable/whatsnew.html#id2.
      We should set our minimum version to 2.6.1.

      Definition of done

      Update the minimum version of dnspython to 2.6.1.
